We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

Changes & Cancellations:

Weekends (Friday & Saturday) - We have a 7 day cancellation policy for individual reservations. If you fail to cancel your reservation within 7 days prior to arrival you will be charged for the full amount of the weekend reservation.

Groups are required to provide a minimum of 30 days notice to avoid being charged for the full amount of the weekend reservation.

Weeknights - We have a 7 day cancellation policy for individual reservations. If you fail to cancel your reservation within 7 days prior to arrival you will be charged for the first night of your reservation.

Groups are required to provide a minimum of 30 days notice to avoid being charged for the full amount of the reservation.

Holidays & Special Events - We have a 14 day cancellation policy for individual reservations. If you fail to cancel your reservation within 14 days prior to arrival you will be charged for the full amount of the weekend reservation.

With any reservation, if we are able to rerent the room you will only be responsible for $25 cancellation fee per room. Group reservations may require a non-refundable deposit.

Children

Well behaved children are welcome. Since many of our guests are here for romantic getaways (away from their children) there will be times when we may not be able to accommodate small children. If you are planning a visit to "The Lodge" with children you must notify us at the time your reservations are made.

Pets

We gladly welcome well behaved Dogs as long as arrangements are made in advance and you abide by the following guidelines.

Dogs must not bark.
They must be on a leash both inside and outside of the house.
You may not bring your dog into the dining hall during breakfast hours.
Pets may not be left in guest rooms unattended.
You must pick up after your pet outside.
You will be held financially responsible for any damage caused by your pet and may incur additional cleaning charges for any unreasonable mess left by your pet.
